Legal Compliance Consultants helped us to obtain authorisation to practice as an Alternative Business Structure and following which, we continued utilising their COLP/COFA support on a monthly retainer basis. Leila assisted us in preparing our Business Plan, obtained competitive quotes for PI insurance, completed the SRA application and liaised with the SRA in obtaining our authorisation. Our previous firm was OISC regulated and one of the Directors is a Practising Barrister, Leila helped us understand the rules and requirements of the SRA and implemented the same within our new firm such as by preparing our Office Manual and delivering in house training on Risk Management. Leila made the process of opening and setting up a new law firm seamless and would definitely recommend Legal Compliance Consultants.
